Moving past twilight, this plate transforms the immense facade of the Merchandise Mart into a towering solitary beacon of light embedded deep within the nocturnal grid. The long exposure architectural view isolates the repetitive rhythm of lit windows, trading frantic urban movement for a still painterly depth.
